Selection Criteria
- Minimum service in Armed forces/Civil Armed forces: 6 years

Verification of Employees from Govt Agencies
Antecedents of new inductees are verified through the respective area police station/ respective Army Regimental Centers and intelligence agencies.

KSS lays special emphasis on training. Apart from the General training we impart site specific training before sending
our staff to the assigned place of duty.
We have an exclusive training Department having the services of competent and experienced trainers.They haveto their credit a rich and warmed experience in the field of training. This team remains committed to keep on enhancing the skills and abilities required by our employees for effective job performance. Refresher training on periodic basis is conducted round the year. We conduct live firing practice at least oncea year at Army/Police firingranges.
