With decades of business leadership, the Group continues to expand its footprint across key industries in Pakistan and beyond. Established in January 2006 in Islamabad/Rawalpindi, KSS has rapidly expanded its operations across all provinces of Pakistan, including Gilgit-Baltistan and Azad Jammu & Kashmir. Today, KSS maintains a nationwide presence with over 2,000 highly trained and well-equipped security personnel, ensuring comprehensive protection and peace of mind for clients across the country.

Brig. Saqib Mirza (Retd.) is an accomplished leader with a distinguished career in defense and security management. He brings extensive operational expertise and strategic insight to KSS, ensuring excellence in service delivery. Under his leadership, KSS continues to uphold the highest standards of discipline, professionalism, and client trust.

Lt. Col Malik Usman Hameed, TI (M), Retd

General Manager Operations

Lt Col Malik Usman Hameed (R) has served for 25 years in the Pakistan Army. Leadership and Operation Management have been his hallmark, being from fighting arms and having served for over four years in high conflict zones. He comes with extensive experience in security management. By virtue of his distinguished background, now at KSS, he applies his wholesome experience to enhance efficiency, discipline, and mission readiness across all operations.

Syed Irfan Haider

General Manager Finance

Haider, CFC, has been with Hashoo Group since 2002, following his training at KPMG-Chartered Accountants. He has extensive experience in financial management within the travel and tourism sector and has served as General Manager Finance for the Group’s travel companies. A member of the Travel Agents Association of Pakistan, he has worked closely with IATA/BSP Singapore and the local Hajj and Umrah market. Since 2017, he has held the same role at KSS Security Company, leading a skilled and dedicated finance team.

Mr. Muhammad Irfan

Assistant Manager HR & Admin

Muhammad Irfan plays a key role in managing human resource functions and administrative operations at KSS. He focuses on employee welfare, recruitment, and policy implementation to ensure organizational efficiency. His dedication to maintaining discipline and a professional work culture strengthens KSS’s operational excellence.

Mr. Shafiq-ur-Rehman

Training/Operations Officer

Mr. Shafiq-ur-Rehman is serving with KSS as a Training/Operations Officer. He has been a distinguished weapon instructor. He is responsible for coordinating security staff training, operational supervision, and ensuring smooth deployment of security personnel according to company standards.
